Returns & Refunds policy

Thank you for shopping with Florida Homeschool Adventures™. We take pride in our books and want your order to arrive in excellent condition.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, accidental purchases, or other buyer preferences.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at hello@floridahomeschooladventures.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect item. After reviewing the information, we may provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Signed & Personalized Books

Books that have been signed, personalized, embossed, or otherwise customized are not eligible for return or exchange, except when the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Authorization

Please do not mail any products back to us without contacting us first. If a return is necessary, we will provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when a refund results from an error on our part or a damaged or defective item. If we authorize a return because of our error or a damaged or defective product, we will provide instructions regarding return shipping.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
